We work with organisations across New Zealand ranging from small teams of six people to larger departments within public and private sector entities. Our programmes are adapted to each organisation's sector, size, and current workplace practices.
Both options are available. Many of our consulting sessions and workshops can be delivered via video conference, while some organisations prefer in-person facilitation at their Wellington office or ours at 57 Willis Street.

Programme duration varies based on scope. Short educational workshops may span a single day, while comprehensive culture development programmes typically run between four and twelve weeks. We discuss timelines during the initial enquiry conversation.
